FYI - Prenatal Yoga Plus... sessions are switching over to: Mondays at 5:30pm starting with the next session on February 23. These Monday sessions will continue to run through June 15.

Feel free to print out your copy of "Parent/Baby Weekly Planner" from the friends page. This Planner is for you and baby to have fun connecting with other new moms going through similar mind/body changes in your first year of parenting. When major physical/mental changes occur as a result of pregnancy and birth, it's easy to fall prey to "The Baby Blues" or "Postpartum Depression".
