These yoga classes are offered on an open-walk-in-show-up basis.
Develop strength, flexibility and calmness. Start with yoga warm-ups for hips and shoulders. After warm-ups, experience a vigorous Kundalini Yoga set for strength, which will integrate a variety of breathing techniques. End with a complete, deep relaxation layout and meditation. Transport yourself with soothing music from India in this yoga class.
Wear clothes that you can breathe, move comfortably and sweat in. Bring yoga mat. This dance studio provides excellent warm wood sprung floors perfect for the yoga classes. Central heating and air.
