This Kundalini Yoga class is held in a quiet building by the lake at the Sports Park. There will be warm-ups, a Kundalini Yoga set, breathing techniques, meditation and a relaxation lay-out, all to soothing music of India. Wear clothes that you can move and breathe in easily. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
