You will start with some easy yoga warm-ups to prepare the body for meditation. Learn various silent, rhythmic breathing and chanting meditations to help clear the sub-conscious and energize your awareness. You will go deep into meditation and enjoy bliss. Bring a sheep skin if you have one.
