Tapioca Pudding

Tapioca pudding (eggless version)

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) small-grain or instant grandules tapioca
  • 1 liter (4 cups) milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. orange flower water (optional)

Method

Tapioca Pudding

  1. put the milk, salt, granulated sugar and vanilla into a saucepan; bring to the boiling point;
  2. sprinkle in the tapioca and cook gently for 10 minutes; Stir over low heat until thickened;
  3. pour into a bowl or individual dishes; refrigerate before serving.
  4. Serve with a fruit or jam.
