Eating these almonds daily after giving birth will assist a woman in her recovery. It's been said by the yogis that almonds are good for the ovaries. This recipe is to be eaten by a woman each day for 40 days after giving birth to her baby. It is also recommended that a woman eats these almonds daily while she is on her moon cycle (menstruating).
10-12 Regular almonds with peels
1 Tablespoon of Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Sauté Almonds in Ghee (they will slightly pop in the pan) be sure the heat is low-medium. After they are slightly browned, drizzle with honey and serve. They are delicious.
Almonds are high in magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and Iron
