Introducing Ayurvedic Vegetarian Indian cooking classes in Temecula.
In these cooking workshops, she will integrate vegetables, cereals, and lentils with aromatic and therapeutic spices to create a delicious array of authentic Indian vegetarian dishes.
Each class will incorporate a theme and focus on a vital aspect of Indian vegetarian cooking. Vasudha will introduce lentils, rice, breads, soups, salads, and cooling Indian drinks that balance the vata, pitta, and kapha elements comprising the human physiology.
She will demonstrate the cooking of a variety of dishes and educate the audience on the spices used for each culinary delight. This will follow with a fun-tastic tasting and sampling session.
Vasudha has a rich background in yoga, being of Indian heritage and practicing yoga since the tender age of 10. She is also versed in mantras/chanting, ayurvedic/healing work, and mythologies/katha and integrates them within her yoga practice.
