Guru Ram Das Healing Page
Hope for the hopeless and healing for the despaired
Sing, chant, pray and project to Guru Ram Das to heal sickness, pain, sorrow, hopelessness & disparity.
If you or anyone you who know has pain, is troubled, or their life is spinning out of control, follow along and be comforted by the power of Guru Ram Das. Guru Ram Das was the 4th Guru in the Sikh faith and a healer. The healing comes to a person at their most needed hour and heals them. It will be when you least expect it and when you are in the most need. The chant is RA MA DA SAH SAH SAY SO HUNG. Below are some videos of people showing how to do this meditation or just chanting it. The way that worked for me was sitting in easy pose or a simple cross legged position with my elbows into my ribs, palms up and pointed out 45 degrees. You'll see that done in some of these videos. Some people have their arms up and that works too. Here are the videos to help give you the magic keys to call him into your life for help and healing.
Before you start, first chant: ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO 3x's, it will connect you to a golden chain of healers/teachers.
Here are a variety of videos that explain how to tune in - it's important to do this first:
This first video is of Guru Singh explaining how to chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo:
Or you can sing chanting Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo with Nirinjan Kaur and Band
Now that you are tuned in, let's move on. Here are some videos to explain how to do the RA MA DA SAH SAH SAY SO HUNG meditation. It is the meditation for healing from Guru Ram Das. I recommend you do this meditation for 3 minutes each day to start, after 1 week increase to 11 minutes, then after another week see if you can sit for 31 minutes straight and chant it. If you can do it for that long, try to do it for 40 days if possible. If you can only do it for 3 or 11 minutes, then keep up doing it every day for 40 days. When you do the meditation, use your intention to heal the situation and call upon the healing energy of Guru Ram Das either for yourself or for someone else who needs help. Here are a few video choices to teach you this meditation, with different tunes and arm positions. Whether sitting cross legged on the floor or on your chair (have your feet flat on the floor then), lengthen your spine and draw your chin back slightly. Keep your eye focus at the tip of the nose. Also during the meditation, when you chant the word Hung, pull back the navel point:
