Atma K. Khalsa

Atma K. Khalsa, KRI Certified, E.R.Y.T. Atma has served both Temecula and Murrieta through the Community Service Departments since 1992 teaching yoga. She has 25 years experience in Kundalini Yoga, meditation and vegetarian nutrition.

Atma has been trained by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Association (IKYTA). She is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E.R.Y.T) with Yoga Alliance and and is a Professional Teacher Trainer in KRI Teacher Training Courses. Atma has attended Women's Training Seminars for 20 years that teach women to live to their highest level of integrity, kindle their sacred self and live for each other.

She is a mom of two boys and writes yoga articles and helpful mommy and baby tips for magazines and local publications. She compiled the "Mommy & Baby Planner" approved by Southwest Healthcare, Temecula and Murrieta Community Service Departments and both Chambers of Commerce for distribution to new parents as a valuable resource.

Satshabad S. Khalsa

Satshabad has been practicing Kudalini yoga for nine years including a four year intensive study in the city of Amritsar, India during his stay at Miri Piri Academy.

He a is a KRI certified level one teacher and has experience teaching both woman's and co-ed classes.

I’ve been a kundalini yoga teacher for 3 years and studying various yoga styles for over 18 years.  My first career was as a Physical Therapy Assistant, next I became a  Registered Nurse which ended when I managed to fit in getting married and having my 2 kids 14 years ago.  During these years I completed a MA in Spiritual Psychology and am currently working toward a license as a Counselor.  I’ve found yoga to be the most valuable tool to bring out the best in yourself.


Justine Lemos

Holds a Master's degree in Dance Ethnography from Mills College and a BA in World Dance from Hampshire College. She has received training from Guru Ranjanaa Devi in Odissi dance since 1996 and has performed as a principle dancer with Nataraj Dance Company at many venues with in the United States and abroad. Ms. Lemos recently returned from a Fulbright Grant in India where she intensively studied Mohinniyattam dance at Kerala Kalamandalam under Guru Hymavati for several years.

Daleep Kaur (Annie Drake)

 Annie (Daleep) is a fun loving, spiritual and all around great person.  She is an excellent yoga instructor andis a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor.  You love her compassionate and uplift approach to teaching yoga. 

Kamalprem Kaur (Connie Leonard)

Kamalprem Kaur, (Connie Leonard) has been involved in spiritual growth and study for most of her life and has studied a number of yoga techniques. She is currently completing teacher training for Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Karen Gentilini

Karen brings over 10 years experience in meditation, is a licensed Mental Health Therapist, Reiki Master, Theta Practioner, Certified Master Hypnotherapist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher by Yogi Bhajan.  Contact me at: kjgent@yahoo.com 

Beant Kaur (De Janda)

Beant Kaur, K.R.I. Certified and Breathwalk Certified, has been a student of yoga and meditation since 1974. "Kundalini Yoga is the most complete system for long lasting improvement in the shortest period of time." De has been studying Kundalini Yoga since 1997, and has been teaching for five years. Vasudha Badri Paul

Vasudha has a rich background in yoga, being of Indian heritage and practicing yoga since the tender age of 10. She is also versed in mantras/chanting, ayurvedic/healing work, and mythologies/katha and integrates them within her yoga practice.  Healthy and happy living to one and all.
