Flu Remedy from Yogi Ji

Flu Remedy


1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3 Heaping Tablespoons of Tumeric
1 ounce Basil
Enough Cold Pressed Olive Oil to make paste with spices when mixed in skillet (very important that it is cold pressed, it should foam up when heated)


Saute' herbs and spices in enough Olive Oil to make a paste 2-3 minutes. Eat it with yogurt and vegetables and you should feel better within 72 hours.
