Walk-in Wednesdays
Develop strength, flexibility and calmness. Start with yoga warm-ups for hips and shoulders. After warm-ups, experience a Kundalini Yoga set for strength integrating breathing techniques and meditation. End with a complete, deep relaxation layout. Enjoy soothing music from India during this yoga class. Wear clothes that you can breathe and move in comfortably. Bring yoga mat.
After class, please feel welcome to stay for healing vegetarian cuisine and enjoy the community.
On July 23 and 30 bring your swim suit and melt your stress away in the Spa after yoga.
